Schedule a gift voucher

1 - Login to Giftpro
Login to the Giftpro admin area.

Once you’re logged in, click ‘Gifts’ in the main navigation bar, then click ‘All Vouchers’ and choose the voucher you’d like to schedule.

2 - Visibility

Firstly, you’ll need to tick the ‘Schedule visibility’ tick box. Once ticked, the visibility input will appear.

3 - Visible From – To

Using the handy date picker you’ll need to select the ‘Visible From’ and ‘Visible To’ dates. If you need to be more precise with your scheduling then you can also select times.

Before and after the ‘Visible From and To’ dates, your voucher won’t appear on your store, regardless of the visibility status.

When you have completed the steps above click ‘Save Voucher’.
