Our split vouchers feature allows you to split monetary vouchers into smaller denominations which you can re-issue to customers.

1 - Login to Giftpro

Login to the Giftpro admin area.

Once you’re logged in, click ‘Orders’ in the main navigation bar and either search for the order or scroll down the list to find the order manually.

Once you've located the order, click on the order to view the order information page.

Note: Don't forget you can also use the search function in the main navigation to find an order.

2 - Splitting a voucher

To split a voucher scroll down to the 'order contents' section and click the 'Split vouchers' button. A Split voucher modal will be displayed, which allows you to add the values you wish to split the voucher into. You can add additional splits if you wish to break the voucher down into more than two denominations.

If you wish to copy the existing personal message across to the new vouchers then simply click the tick box that says 'Copy the existing personal message to the newly created vouchers'.

Once you are happy, click 'Split vouchers' and you're all done. These can now be re-issued, downloaded or printed.
