In this article, you can learn how to resend an Order Confirmation Email to a customer.
Order confirmation emails include a summary of your customer's order details and their gift vouchers or tickets (as .pdf attachments). The most common reason customers don't receive their emails is a misspelt email address. Sometimes, order confirmation emails can get caught up in a spam filter, but either way, this guide shows you how to edit their email address and resend their email.
1. From the dashboard, click Orders on the left-hand menu:
2. From your existing orders, click the order where you’d like to resend the email:
3. On the page listing the order summary, click the Actions button in the top right-hand corner:
4. Now you need to click Resend Confirmation Email from the drop-down menu:
5. You’ll then see a small window appear, listing the email address for the buyer of that order. Double-check that the email address is correct for your customer - you can always adjust the spelling in the field provided - before clicking the Resend Confirmation button:
6. The customer will get sent another copy of their order confirmation email within a few minutes.
