In this guide, you’ll learn how to create tickets for an event at your Giftpro Store.
You can only create tickets by first creating an event. If you would like to learn how to make a Single Event, you can click here. If your event has more than one occurrence, you must create an Event with multiple dates by clicking here.
1. From the Dashboard, click Events:
2. Then you need to click All Events:
3. Now, you need to locate the event you want to create tickets for. If you have many events on your Giftpro store, you can use the search bar across the top of this page to find your event by name:
4. You can also click the Filters button to reveal this modal, where you can search for your event using the Location and Event Manager drop-down menus before clicking the Apply Filters button:
5. Alternatively, you can click the Sort By button to sort your existing events by the following:
Event Date - Nearest Event First
Event Date - Furthest Event First
Event Name - A to Z
Event Name - Z to A
Tickets Available - Most First
Tickets Available - Fewest First
Total Revenue - High to Low
Total Revenue - Low to High
6. When you have located your event, click the Actions button on the right-hand side and select Edit Tickets from the drop-down menu:
Adding an Extra Ticket Type
7. On this page, you’ll see a summary of the event and any tickets set up for it already. To add an extra ticket type to this event, click on the Add Another Ticket Type button:
8. You’ll then need to follow the steps here.
Editing Existing Tickets
7. To edit the existing tickets for this event, click the Actions button:
8. Select Edit Ticket Type from the drop-down:
9. The Ticket model will appear; you can edit your tickets from there. When you have finished editing, click the Save Ticket Type button:
