1 - Login to Giftpro
Login to the Giftpro admin area. Once you’re logged in, click ‘Redeem’ in the menu.

2 - Type in the Ticket code
Enter the unique code shown on the ticket that you want to redeem into the search box, and click ‘Find Ticket’.

3 - Check the validity status
On the ticket redemption screen, check the validity status of the ticket and click ‘Redeem’. You can also view further information about the ticket on the right-hand side.

4 - Redeem the ticket
Once you have marked your ticket redeemed, the status will update accordingly.
