Get a quick snapshot of how your gift voucher store is performing by using Giftpro's built-in analytics. For deeper, more granular analysis we recommend connecting Google Analytics.

1 - Login to Giftpro

Login to the Giftpro admin area.

Once you’re logged in, click ‘Gifts’ in the main navigation bar, then click 'Analytics'.

2 - Select a date range

Once the analytics screen loads, you'll see a date selector (top right) and six modules of data.

The date selector's default range shows the last 30 days of sales and you can use this to set the date range for most of the data on the analytics page. Once you set a new date range Giftpro will remember that range until you log-out.

a) The sales summary contains top-level information relating to all of your gift voucher orders within the selected date range.

Revenue reflects your total sales revenue including postal fees and service charges.

Total orders reflects the number of individual orders. Each order may include more than one voucher so it doesn't tell you how many individual vouchers have been sold.

Online store visitors is a count of all people who have visited your store.

Online store conversion rate reflects the number of visitors who have converted into a sale. This is calculated by dividing the number of online visitors by the number of online sales.

b) Most popular vouchers sold shows you your top 5 most popular gift vouchers, the associated revenue and the volume of individual vouchers sold. You can click 'View all' to see an entire list containing every different gift voucher that you've sold in your selected date range.

c) Department performance show you your top 5 most popular departments (if you make use of this feature) along with the associated revenue and number of individual gift vouchers sold for each department.

d) Purchase method shows you the top 5 most popular methods of purchase and will vary depending on your setup. You'll also be able to see the associated revenue along with the number of orders attributed to each purchase method.

e) Delivery method shows you the top 5 most popular methods of delivery. Again, this will vary according to your setup. You'll also be able to see the associated revenue along with the number of orders attributed to each delivery method.

f) Finally, the last horizontal module shows you data that is NOT linked to the date selector at the top of the page....

Revenue since launch is a total of all revenue (including postage and service charges) that you have generated since launching your gift voucher store.

Number of orders shows you a total of all orders since launch. Please note, this figure relates to orders that may contain multiple gift vouchers and is not a count of every individual voucher sold.

Vouchers still valid shows you the value of all the gift vouchers you have sold (since launch) that are yet to be redeemed.
