Here, you’ll learn how to process Complimentary Orders for your customers and how these are secured with a set password.
When we create and configure your Giftpro store, our team can create a Complimentary Order password on your account. This enables the primary contact on your account to provide the password to key members of your team, who can then process Complimentary Orders for your customers.
If you need to change your Complimentary Order password, please contact our Customer Support Team, who will be able to help you.
1. From the dashboard, click Create Order on the left-hand menu:
2. Add the relevant products to the basket and then click Proceed on the right-hand side:
3. Complete the relevant fields on this page where applicable, including any personal messages, Staff Member Name, Purchaser Name, Customer Email Address and so on:
4. Select the relevant Delivery Method:
5. In the Payment Method element, select Complimentary Order:
6. This will reveal the Complete Order element. Here, you need to add the Complimentary Password to the field provided and the reason for the Complimentary Order before clicking Complete Order:
