Here, you can learn how to set up a Flash Sale on one of your existing Gift Vouchers.
Limiting the availability of certain vouchers in the form of a Flash Sale can encourage potential customers to complete their purchases quickly so they don’t miss out on the deal.
It’s a good idea to highlight your Flash Sale further by adding a Special Offer banner and following the steps in this guide.
1. From the Dashboard, click Gifts on the left-hand menu:
2. Then you need to click All Vouchers:
3. From the list of existing vouchers, click the name of the one you would like to add the special offer to:
4. Now you need to scroll down the page to the Options element and tick the box to Set Maximum Total Quantity:
5. This will reveal a field and a tick box. In the field, you need to add the maximum number of gift vouchers you have and then tick the box to Display Remaining Quantity:
6. Please change the standard text in the two new fields to encourage urgency on this particular gift voucher. This is where you can edit the description for the remaining stock displayed on the voucher page; for example, ‘Vouchers Remaining’ will show after the quantity remaining as ’37 Vouchers Remaining’.
7. Now you need to click the Save Changes button in the top right-hand corner:
8. Now, when you view the voucher on your online shop, you’ll see the Special Offer banner applied:
