1. From the Dashboard, click Settings on the left-hand side menu:

2. Within the Notifications element, click either Banner or Pop-up:

3. When you are redirected to this page, you need to tick the box to enable your banner:

4. This will reveal the various fields you need to complete for your banner:

5. You must add the text you want your banner to display in this field. This has a limit of 240 characters - including spaces - so choose your words wisely for the greatest impact:

6. If you want your banner to redirect customers to a specific page of your Giftpro store, you will need to populate this field with the relevant URL. In a separate browser tab, view the front end of your Giftpro store - the way a customer would view it - and navigate to the relevant page. When you are on the correct page, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into this field:

7. Now, you must set the to and from the dates you wish the banner to be displayed. Click the calendar symbol on the left-hand side of the Visible From field:

8. This will reveal a calendar modal, where you need to select the time and date you would like the banner to start displaying. Select the relevant date and time from the fields provided and click the Apply button:

9. You then need to repeat the same process with the Visible To field and add in the time and date you want the banner to be removed from display:

10. Here, you need to click the arrow to select the colour scheme you want for your banner. You can choose from your Giftpro store’s default colours or a Christmas theme:

11. When you have completed all of the fields, click Save Changes in the top right-hand corner of the page:
